Download our virtual backgrounds
Branded virtual backgrounds can be used during Microsoft Teams and Webex meetings. They sport the HarbourVest logo and reflect our brand’s look and feel. Please note that the logo will appear reversed, but this is intentional, and the logo will appear correctly to others on meetings. For both Teams and WebEx Events, see the "How to use" section for instructions on how to load the backgrounds onto those platforms.

How to add our backgrounds to Teams and WebEx
Microsoft Teams
- Select one of the HarbourVest virtual backgrounds
- Download to your desktop
- During a Teams meeting, click “More” in the top ribbon
- Then select “Effects and avatars”
- Under "Backgrounds"," choose “Add new”
- Select the background from your desktop and click “Open”
- Click “Show all,” scroll to find the background and select it.
- Then click “Apply and turn on video."
Webex Events
You'll need to take a few extra steps to use the HarbourVest virtual backgrounds in WebEx Events.
- Download the HarbourVest virtual backgrounds to your desktop. You will find the .jpg files below.
- To change your background during a meeting, click the video options icon.
- Choose "Change virtual background".
- Select one of the two HarbourVest virtual backgrounds from your desktop.
WebEx
- Start meeting
- Select “change background”
- Choose one of the two HarbourVest branded virtual background
Rules of the road
Who is the most important "brand ambassador?" You! It is up to every employee to make sure that the HarbourVest brand is always presented correctly.
When using a virtual background, always remember to:
- Use only HarbourVest created and approved backgrounds
- Don't create your own virtual background

Our branded LinkedIn banners can be used to showcase your affiliation with HarbourVest on your personal profile. For instructions on how to add a banner to your LinkedIn profile, see the "How to use" section.
How to use
- Select one of the HarbourVest LinkedIn banners
- Download to your desktop
- Go to your LinkedIn profile page
- In the banner section at the top of your profile, hover your mouse over the banner area. You'll see a small pencil icon appear in the top right corner
- Click the pencil icon. This will open the "background photo" menu
- Click Upload photo
- Select the banner from your desktop and click Open
- Reposition the image as needed
- Click Apply
